Biography

Kimberly A. Litwinczak brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Her law practice focuses on commercial real estate, commercial finance and corporate law matters, including representing developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, lease, condo conversions and 1031 exchanges of real estate. Kim represents institutional and private lenders in all aspects of secured real estate lending, including permanent and bridge financing, construction lending, loan modifications, lines of credit, SBA loans and asset-based financing for small businesses. With respect to corporate and contract matters, Kim advises small business owners on the acquisition, disposition, entity formation and governance of LLCs, corporations and unincorporated businesses.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Kim obtained her bachelor’s degrees in business and political science and earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law.  The daughter of a senior underwriter and vice president at a national title insurance company, Kim brings the same hardworking dedication and attention to detail to the firm.  She is known for her expansive title knowledge and expertise in handling even the most complex title issues and their resolution.

Kim is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and was a presenter on the subject of Estate Tax Liens and Title Standards at the REBA 2021 Spring Convention. Also, she is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has served on their Real Estate Law Council.

In her free time, Kim enjoys showing and training dressage horses to the Grand Prix level and spending time with family, friends, her Jack Russell terrier, Sasha, and two cats.
